Uganda super league chairman has dismissed summons by local soccer custodians Fufa to face the disciplinary committee as baseless

Fufa summoned the USl board chairman and Chief executive officer to face the disciplinary committee over issues the body does not name but sources say maybe USL’s decision to run the reserve league Fufa asked them to halt

USL chairman Kavuma Kabenge and Chief executive Jimmy Ssegawa have both written to Fufa saying Fufa should direct the summons to the right body because they are not an entity but an association

Kabenge also insists that he will not appear before the committee because he doesn’t know what the summons is about and are misconceived

The two bodies have been at loggerheads for a while of various issues with the latest being that Usl has gone ahead to have the reserve league on despite Fufa halting it till further discussions.
