Mamba clan in Wakiso town council has lifted the annual Bikabyabaganda foot ball tournament trophy.

Mamba clan beat Ndiga clan by 4 goals to1 in a final played at Kavumba play ground.

Mamba clan also was given a bull and Ndiga clan which came second took a goat which were donated by the former mayor wakiso town council Fredson Mukalazi together with Abas Mubiru.

The tournament attracted 15 foot ball clan teams which include Nkima, Ngeye ,Nsenene, Ngabi, Fumbe , Mpologoma, mutima , Nvuma,Lugave, Embwa ,Njovu  among others.

While handing over the trophy, bull and goal to the winner and runners up, Mukalazi said that he supported the tournament to promote football talent among the youth in Buganda with hope that youths can pick a leaf to uplift their talent to earn a living through foot ball locally and internationally.

He promised to support all games in wakisoas a way to promote unity among the people in the area regardless of political ideology.
