His highness Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukiidi IV has challenged the stakeholders in government and religions to avoid conflicts and work for the development of the country.

While talking to hundreds of his subjects at the palace in Fort Portal, Kabarole district, King Oyo said that unity and peace are fundamental to the development of a given society or country.

On the other hand the King advises Ugandans to make use of the current rainfall that is almost covering the whole country to grow crops to fight hunger and poverty.

The King also advises the parents to equip their children with formal education without sidelining the cultures. He says that formal education works hand in hand with culture.
