Uganda Government News: KCCA asks city dwellers to respect beautifications

The Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority, Jenifer Musis Semakula has warned city dwellers of arrests if caught
dumping, deliberately destroying city beautifications like lights, floors, pavements among others.

Musisi says KCCA has a massive plan by to have the city receive a new look through different beautifications.

She says that they authority is considering education people on how to keep the environment clean as well as observing and protecting city beautifications.

The head of engineering at KCCA, Eng. Andrew Kitaka says plans are under way to stream line the transport sector in the city adding that with the coming of the buses, taxis and boda bodas will have to be restricted from accessing the city central business district
