Former minister for presidency Kabakumba Masiko together with former minister for information and national guidance Kirunda Kivejinja are badly needed by the parliamentary committee on commissions and statutory bodies to explain their alleged role in the UBC land giveaway.
The committee chairman Patrick Amuriat Oboi, said that the two former ministers are to be grilled when parliament resume this month regarding their actions on the sale of UBC land.
Amuriat said that the committee has got letters authored by these two officials to give out UBC land.
Addressing journalists at parliament, Oboi said that the committee had received necessary evidence pinning these two officials in the alleged mess.
