Uganda Education News: Nakitto hopes to join Kings College Buddo

More pupils and their parents continue to celebrate their success in the Primary Leaving Examinations.

The Uganda National Examinations Board this week released the PLE results, which showed a slight decline in performance however the performance of pupils in Division One improved.

One of the pupils who excelled in the examinations is 12 year old Nakitto Karen Avi, a former pupil at Seeta Boarding Primary School in Mukono.

 Nakitto got Aggregate 4 and expressed her joy at her newfound success.

 She attributes her success to hard work and support from her teachers, whom she says were committed to ensuring that she excels.

 Nakitto says she was also involved in group work with her classmates, which also contributed to her good grades.

  She hopes to join Kings College Buddo for her secondary education.
