Uganda Business News: Scholastic materials trade show ends

Several traders have expressed appreciation to the organisers of the 2012 scholastic materials trade show and exhibition which has ended today.

The trade show targeted at parents and students buying back to school items started on Thursday and has closed on Sunday.

Several companies were exhibiting scholastic materials including pens, pencils, books, mathematical sets, paper, uniforms among others.

Some of the traders like Olive Kasozi says the show attracted a goof number of buyers and was beneficial to the businesses that participated.

She says her own company which makes books was selling at a reduced price during the exhibition which further attracted buyers to their stall ad more interest in their products.
