The Kampala capital city authority is calling for more private public partnership in the process of beautifying the city.

The executive director Jenipher Musisi says the authority does not have adequate funds to execute the task on its own.

She was speaking at the unveiling of the 2nd new clock tower at Wampewo Avenue today where she challenged the public to be responsible enough in protecting and guarding the emoluments within the city

The third clock tower is being constructed and is expected to be complete by the end of next month.
