Local investors want the government to put more restriction on investors coming into the country to avoid bringing investors who do work that Ugandans can do.
Kampala based investor, Gordon Wavamuno says the government should put up more tighter laws on foreign investors who set up small enterprises that Ugandans can do.
He says the government should also check investors who import huge numbers of workers with them from their countries to work in their investments set up in Uganda.
Wavamuno says, such un controlled acts have greatly fueled unemployment among Ugandans who would be benefiting from foreign investments.
But at the same time he urges Ugandans to change their culture towards work if they are to be considered by foreign investors.
