Full Name: Abaasa Fyonar


Date of Birth: January 7th, 1980

Location: Kamwokya, Kampala, Uganda

Heritage:
I am a Munyankole/Musongora and a Mushambo/Muhweju of the Baine-ishe-murari clan. I was born in Mbarara at home so I got to visit the hospital much later.

Other Personal Background:
I am the seventh born in a family of eleven siblings with nine girls and two boys. Childhood was fun. I grew up at my momís parenting but my dad always told us that girls can do much as boys can. He believed in equality of children.

I am in specs and a stripped suit. All those girls are my sisters.

Occupation: Office administrator

Education/History:
I went to a local primary school in Mbarara. I joined Nganwa High school for Oílevel and for Aí level I was in Masheruka Girls, both in Bushenyi district. I attended Makerere University[MUK] in 2000-2003 for a bachelorís degree in education literature/English.

5 years from now:
I intend to pursue M.A in journalism and in 5yrs time I see myself in the lead, changing lives by giving exposure to peoples plights through the media. God willing I would like to work for CNN or BBC where the action is in the media world.

Political shop talk, journalism, soccer, reading fiction and non Fiction novels, autobiographies, watching rugby, golf, rallying and fashion/beauty.
