Heritage:
I am what you would call a mukyotala (Malato jokes). Anyway my Dad (RIP) was a muganda and mom is a musoga. That makes me a muganda just to think about it.

Due to the fact that I was raised by my mother, who was a musoga, I knew little about my kiganda heritage. I am from the Njovu (elephant) clan- one of the best, if not the best, and my minor totem is Nvubu (hippopotamus). This clan did quite a number of things in the Buganda kingdom. I sometimes wondered why I was so active- but now no need to.

This is my family.(I 'm the shorter boy at the back)

Other Personal Background:
I was born and raised in Jinja in a family of 4 average kids and 1 extraordinary kid and that was me... Just kidding all my siblings are so wonderful. In fact, they are far better than me in a lot of ways. I have three sisters and one brother and those are my biological siblings. I have so many other stepbrothers and stepsisters. I count them so dear to me.

Life, while I was growing up, was quite challenging. Some would call it a nightmare. To me it was a defining moment. Everything was really tough and rough. At times I thought I was going through fire.

After highschool I worked with Uganda Pharmaceuticals and sung in a music group called Link One. I moved to Malawi and worked with Teen missions Malawi for six months. In 2002 I joined Aids Orphans Education Trust Uganda. I sung with Predestined.

Occupation: Social worker, Student, Musician

Singing for orphans in Uganda in 2002.
