"My attendance to Gulu Walk London was unplanned yet I found it to be memorable, enjoyable and quite enlightening. It was my first ever attempt to participate in an event of this magnitude - I owe this drive to Ugpulse members and its Admin staff for the inspiration. It was very humbling to find persons from a predominantly different culture and society willing to put aside what would otherwise have been a leisure day off work - especially the young, and come out to bring to attention the human suffering so far removed from their backyard. The challenge is now on for those involved in peace negotiations to ensure they practice what they are saying and working on restructuring the infrastructure of Northern Uganda."
