We want to give a special “Thank you!” to all those who have supported the site by checking us out daily and by continuing to participate in the forums. We still have a lot of work to do and much more is to come as we build the site live and in your face.

We also want to thank www.musicuganda.com for linking us on their front page for the past three weeks and to www.uganda-community.org who have linked us on their front page also.

Our aim at UGPulse is to create an online Ugandan community were visitors of the site can come together to share information. We therefore hope that all visitors of the site will register and join the Emboozi forums and participate in the discussions. While we will try to bring you articles frequently on the site, our main aim is for Ugandans, and those interested in information on Uganda or Africa, to open up and join in the discussions. Hopefully one day we can be a large enough online group to make a difference in Uganda on issues such as the situation in Northern Uganda. We understand that many of the visitors will be scattered outside of Uganda and by collecting this Diaspora group and uniting their voice and influence we can make a difference in a whole range of Ugandan interests, be it in promoting Ugandan talents or directing development. That is the purpose of UGPulse. So please do not just look out for the sweat we will put into providing you with articles. Do your part and join the forums and keep the discussions going. This will define the success of the site and with that, it will help us get you more articles. All the registration process requires from you is a working email address which will only be used by UGPulse and will not be given or sold to any marketing groups.

Once again thank you for visiting the site. While we will continue to bring you fresh images and articles from Uganda or Ugandans around the world, please join us at the Emboozi forums.
