Uganda People News: Kony misses his mother’s burial

The leader of the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA), Joseph Kony has today missed the burial of his mother, Norah Onek Oting, Walakira Nyanzi reports.
Oting died on Tuesday at Mulago National Referral Hospital after long illness.
Betty Akidi, the sister to Kony says their family is not aware whether Kony received the news about his mother’s death.
Akidi is the one who has been looking after late Oting. Oting produced nine children but four are dead.
The surviving children are Akidi, Tom Labeja, Joseph Kony, Gabruela Lakot and Olanya Rachico.
Only three children out of five have attended the burial of Oting. They are Akidi, Gabruela Lakot and Tom Labeja.
Kony and Olanya Rachico are in the forests of the Central African Republic fighting against Uganda Peoples Defence Forces.
